​Veer, Katrina Kaif,Aamir Khan, Sangeeta Bijlani

Aamir Khan and Katrina Kaif were special guests at Sallu’s early screening of his dream project, Veer. The event also saw Sallu’s ex flame Sangeeta Bijlani attending.

Also present were Salman’s friends from the industry, including Kunal Khemu, Prem Chopra, Waheeda Rehman, Rumi Jaffrey and daddy Salim Khan.

Period drama Veer tells the tale of a Pindari soldier, played by Salman and his fight against the British in erstwhile India. Sallu claims the project has been in the making for over 20 years and is certainly his biggest film, so far.

And did Veer impress this special group from Bollywood? Well, it certainly seems so, especially after Aamir Khan’s thums up to the film’s director Anil Sharma and all the smiling faces after the screening.

Here’s to hoping the smiles stay on, on January 22 when Veer hits screens nationwide.
